Account Setup & Login
Begin your journey by receiving secure account access from your event administrator. Once your administrator creates your account, you'll receive details to log in and immediately access our comprehensive dashboard where you can manage all your events from one central location.
Create Your Event
Use our event creation wizard to set up your event. Enter the event name, specify the place name, list the places or members involved, fill out all event details, and add payment details. No branding is required.
Configure Ticket Types
At present, setting up different ticket types is not required. You can simply add tickets with a name, a single fixed price (no early bird or discounts), and specify the associated places.

Publish & Share Event
Once your event is configured, publish it to make it live and accessible to attendees. Generate unique sharing links for different audiences including public registration pages, admin access links, and reception check-in portals. Share across social media and email campaigns.

Handle External Payments
All payments are handled externally by the event organizer. When a participant clicks "Purchase," the event's payment instructions—configured in the "event - payment details"—are automatically sent to the attendee.
After payment is made externally, you must validate that you received the money (e.g., by checking your bank or payment app). Then, manually update the ticket status to "purchased" on the site to confirm the attendee’s order.

- Organizer verifies the payment receipt independently.
- Once verified, organizer marks ticket as "purchased" in the system to confirm the order.
- No automatic payment processing or refunds—status must be manually updated.
QR Code Check-in
